The second element is a silicone mould for filling:
composed of a hollow of Ø 205 h20 mm, in silicone suitable for oven, blast chiller and freezer (from -60 ° C to + 230 ° C). Silicone mould suitable for making mousse, creamy or a filling of your choice to lay on the pastry
Thanks to the micro-perforated bands you will get:
