The second element is a silicone mould for filling:
- composed of 8 cavities of Ø 70 h 13 mm each
- silicone suitable for oven, blast chiller and freezer (from -60 ° C to + 230 ° C)
- suitable for making a mousse, creamy or a filling of your choice to lay over the shortcrust pastry
For an optimal result I suggest you to use the micro-perforated band with a micro-perforated cooking mat to spread on the oven grill.
