From a 2007 idea by Fabrice David, Pavoni and Master Gianluca Fusto have been able to develop a system for easily creating impeccable tarts on the palate and sight. The innovative idea is to create a mix of equipment that will allow you to get the finishes from the perfect finish. Pavoni's stainless steel microperforated band is the flagship product of this project. The presence of the micropores allows to support the edges of the cake avoiding the collapse of the baking edges and an optimal gilding of the bottoms.
