Martellato moulds have been studied for the production of handmade chocolate subject, with chocolate of any color and percentage of cocoa, but for a good final result it must be properly tempered
Decorate with the help of a pastry bag the details of the subject
Combine the two shells with the help of the rubber bands supplied
When the chocolate is tempered pour it inside the Martellato mould
Proceed with a slight vibration of the mould for release the air
Place in the holding cabinet at +5°C until complete solidification.
Extract the subject of chocolate, paying attention to the most delicate parts
Decorate the subject of chocolate with the help of airbrush
