Flavored cream paste for ice cream and pastry made with only selected hazelnuts, shelled and toasted, obtained by grinding the hazelnuts to obtain a creamy and smooth product.
It is suitable for multiple uses in confectionery: flavoring ice creams, pastry creams, mousses or any other pastry product to which you want to give a fabulous and unmistakable hazelnut taste and a natural color that will make the cake more inviting.
How to use: If you want to make a hazelnut mousse you will just need 80 g of hazelnut paste per liter of fresh cream, in case of Bavarian cream always mix 80 g per liter of milk. If you want to flavor a cake, then use 100 g of pasta for every kg of mixture. Finally, if your wish is a hazelnut ice cream, use 80-100 grams of product per kg of ice cream mix. In all cases it is sufficient to mix the pasta with the chosen ingredients for about a minute.
